    If you don't have access to the email address registered to an EA account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details - even if you're just trying to unlink an Xbox account.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update account details, but since you don't have access to that email it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will be able to take a look over the situation with you from there!
