XBOX account linked with a third parties account

MY xbox account has been linked with another persons account that has nothing to do with me that i have no access to and no control over. 9 people at technical have so far been unhelpful in resolvin...

I have that same problem but with my steam account. 

I bought NFS Heat over steam and i was forced to sign in with my ea account. but its already linked to another steam account that i´ve never heard of or have access to.
