Xbox account linking issue

It appears I've linked my Xbox account to an old EA account that  is now disabled. Anytime I try to link my Xbox account to my current EA account, I receive a message "Your accounts can’t be linked b...

Hi Criticitical​,

An EA account becomes disabled for a couple of reasons

  • You haven't logged in for a long time
  • The account was compromised and then locked
  • Someone requested an account deletion
  • The account was banned by TOS
