Xbox link

I've been trying to get into Battfield 6 Beta on my Xbox X, but get the reset pw notice on the console.  I did that and was able to log into EA website.  But when I try link my Xbox, i get this message " ...already linked to your EA Account for d5*****@disabled.ea.com" .

    Hi there. The beta has now ended so you won't be able to access it. However, if you want to get the account issue resolved, open a case with an advisor by clicking on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page. More information on disabled accounts can be found here.
