Worst customer service EVER!

Hello,

I purchased the EA Play Subscription because I wanted the Deployment pack in Battlefield 6 but this was not given to me, so I cancelled, why pay when I am not given the pack, so I jumped onto the chat and oh my god, what a bunch of time wasting that was.

The first person Vineet, after I typed that I purchased the EA Play for the deployment pack, literally didn't understand and asked me 3 times what I needed even though I explained it clearly, total waste of time, he then transferred me to Versha who read the chat, sent a link to submit feedback and transferred me to Sahil who after me telling him to read up, transferred me to Keshav who surprise surprise, wanted to transfer me again, at this point with the stupidity from the worst customer service ever, I left the chat.

I am not sure who or how to complain about this shocking customer service but yeah!

Take it as feedback if you want but people like that should not be in customer service!

    Their customer support is some of the most useless group of people on the planet. My account got banned for absolutely no reason, and nobody is willing to tell me why and they keep repeating the same instructions of things I have already done. I'm sick and tired of dealing with these people. Never buying another EA product again.

    Aw **bleep**, that sucks man.

    I've had previous experience with customer service and never had any issues, they normally fixed the issue for me but this one was by far the worst I've ever come across.

  • I have a problem of missing purchased games in my library and the level of support is so poor and agents using non sense things like some one of them told me to uninstall graphic card driver lol..and until now after a lot of complains problem is not fixed and one agent turned case status into no fix
