Xbox linked account Suspended

My Xbox account was recently hacked and suspended indefinitely so I created a new Xbox account however I cannot link my ea account to it and I have thousands of dollars of purchases made saved in my es account with Xbox games is there anything I can do?

    Hi there. Unfortunately, your purchases will not transfer to the new Xbox account. You should contact an advisor so they can help with your original account. Please follow the instructions here for opening a case. Thank you.
