Trying to unlink account

    Hi there. This message means the account you're trying to link is already linked to a different EA account. You will need to unlink it from the old account before linking it to a different EA account that has not had an Xbox gamertag linked to it previously. However, moving a platform account to a different EA account means all content and progress for that account remains on the previous account and is not transferred.
