How do I make a support ticket for the sims?

What specific issues are you having with The Sims?

I mean, it's literally in the question; my issue right now is that I cannot FIND a support option, and you are almost confirming with this response, that there isn't any.

The issue I want to talk to support about can't be solved by forum posts, it needs a professional response, but I'm not holding my breath for one.

I can try and help with your issues here on the forums, but if you'd rather speak with live support specifically, you can do that by submitting a help request on the site here.

Except that's the page (that link) that doesn't help me at all and sends me in circles going NOWHERE, there is NO help once I submit a question to the search box on the sims 4 page, and NOTHING in the forums already, this is a REALLY BADLY designed (I hesitate to even USE that word for this ugliness) site for HELP, it's GREAT to STOP people getting help though. 

So there are NO avenues for me to get actual support from the people who make this game? So if I can't play it anymore I should just get a refund for all those expacs I've wasted my money on, right?
