Your online chat is Avoiding

Hi EA i hope i get really fast asnwer to my problem beacuse for weeks i m trying to get a Live chat Agent but no succes on your platform.  i have big problem and i cant get help for it.

    Sounds like it may be the case that you have multiple EA accounts 2b4950f25a800816​ and have been logging into a secondary one.

    Would be worth taking a look to ensure that the account you have logged into is your main one and not another you have.

    What you can do to narrow this down is to go to the login page on the app or the website and hit forgot password. You can then enter any and all email accounts you have and then check your email for a password reset email.

    Let me know how you get on.

Yea alredy for weeks i m trying to contact sombody threw live chat and nothing, Chat bot is avoiding to give me Agent,

Than put on chat bot working hours of Agents that we know when we need to text,  and not giving problem with that chat bot asking same and same  wich  game what is your problem with that game.

Ok to case what i have problem, i didint play for long time and how i see Origin in not working and this new  EA App dont work as well.

 I instal app and login in, than i go to my Libarry and it is empty i say WOW where is my games and things what i pay for?
