“Wild Hearts” is running poorly despite meeting optimal system requirements

Dear EA Support Team,

I purchased Wild Hearts on the release date and my system exceeds the optimal requirements for the game. My setup includes a Radeon RX 6600XT and an Intel Core i5-12400F, which are well above the recommended specifications.

Despite this, the game continues to run with severe issues. I have taken the following steps to try to resolve the problem:

• Set the game to offline mode and reduced graphics settings to “medium”.
• Re-downloaded the game 2-3 times.
• Ran multiple repair attempts through the EA launcher.

Unfortunately, none of these measures have improved the situation. The game remains buggy and unplayable.

Since I’ve taken all the necessary steps on my end and my hardware more than meets the requirements, the issue clearly does not lie with my system. I have not paid for a broken game and expect a resolution from your side.

Please let me know how this issue can be fixed. Thank you.

Best regards,

WildCoast494031

Thanks for reaching out to the community, when you have a moment can we give the following a try?

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

If this continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
