@gRimLocK49 Excellent, thank you! Would you be able to try setting your LG TV as your primary monitor, and then relaunch the game to see if it lets you set the resolution at 4K? Might also be worth having only the LG TV connected if setting it to primary doesn't work.
The LG TV is set as primary monitor.
Tried with just the LG and still didn't work.
Uninstalled game and put on a different drive. I can choose 4k but only in Windowed or Borderless Window. Fullscreen still no option for 4k.
