@EA_Ataashi apologies on the late response. I haven't been able to get another controller to work and I don't have another computer to test the online work around. Having said that, the feedback from others on this forum confirms the issue its not isolated to my controller and the feedback from @DemonMutabor indicates the work around is of limited value as you can't go back to split screen local coop after this section. Are you able to advise how the team is going with a fix? I enjoyed the first part of this game and am looking forward to progressing once this bug is fixed.
I have exactly the same problem !!! I have tried everything even changing controllers but nothing seems to work! I have reported the problem via chat to the support team ánd they asked me to wait for an update. I hope this is fixed soon....
