Since there hasn't been any official reply from EA regarding this problem I tried to contact the support team. The agent was very rude and as you can see from this two answers : "The specialists says he used the keyboard and was able to complete it i 6 hours and had no problem , I would suggest you to please try that and it is not believing on you or anyone wrote the topic it is a game level that player have to complete to move further". After I said that I have posted here and more people had the same problem he says "I am afraid as you have already posted the issue as a Bug on forums and we have provided you the work around that best you can try to complete the level" .... I would love to see where I can see here the work around....he replies : As I said you can try it with the keyboard and have controls on your taping try using both fingers and see if that helps if not please check on forums and I hope you find something helpful soon...... I'm shocked to say the least with the very poor customer service I was provided by EA and the worst part is that I bought a game that I can't even finish....

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience with our support agents 😞
The reason why you've been redirected to forum is that our advisers have really limited access to game tools when it comes to A Way Out. You should remember that AWO is part of EA Originals series, which gives small developers a chance to introduce their work to the bigger audience. EA don't have control over the developer tools, so unfortunately our agents are often unable to help, when a player encounters a game-breaking bug and basic troubleshooting doesn't help. We can make the studio aware of the problem (in this case - Hazelight) and that's what I did. However, I'm unsure if the game will receive any updates. Especially if the problem doesn't concern the majority of the players and some people managed to solve it with the workaround.

Hey, I sent an email to Hazelight's public email about the bug. Hopefully they'll respond. Try sending emails to them so they'll notice the problem and hopefully fix it. 😃 You guys can find the email on their homepage, good luck!
