A Way Out - Unable to see friends on invite screen

Both me and my friend bought the EA pass on Steam and decided to download A Way Out. We launched the game and both connected our steam accounts to the EA Launcher. I went to the Online mode and went ...

don't know if anyone has had this problem before, i am trying to invite my friend to a way out, I have the full version, they do not, i am trying to invite them , but it doesn't look like i am selecting there name and then inviting them. i go to invite and there name doesn't light up when i use my mouse or controller, I press invite then they just aren't receiving them, has anyone experienced this before?

    HI @SCXVY To check which platform are you both playing from? Are they able to see you online at all?

      we are both playing on pc and we both can see each other online

        Hey @SCXVY Thanks for the update, Are you both using the Steam or EA app client? 

        With your friend on the friend pass, if they are on steam could they try switching to the EA app and checking if this continues?
