a way out broken gameplay for close

hello, why does it always close when I'm in the lobby when playing the A Way Out game? So the chronology is when I want to play A Way Out and log in then it starts suddenly when I'm in the lobby and it exits itself, so I only played for 38 minutes. to continue exiting the game. Is there any solution? thanks
