A way out lost all game progress

Hello

I just lost all my game progress in A way Out on Xbox. The account won't sync and xbox support directed me to EA after multiple checks. Could you please help?

    Hi, @CristianoJordano To confirm we won't have a backup save of your progress on a server.

    A way out saves either locally or through your platform's cloud system. We don't have saves on a server like Apex Legends or Battlefield 2042 for example. 

    It's possible the local copy was corrupted somehow or couldn't save, but you should be able to pull the last synced save from the Xbox cloud system. 

    First, make sure you have enough spare room on the console, then try the steps suggested here.

    @EA_Illium I am not getting any error message. I just lost all game progress and when I restart, the game would not sync and only option is to play all over from the beginning. There is no saved local file and I was told by the Xbox team that EA should have a copy of the progress on their server.

    Hello Community Manager. I have just lost all of my progress and need an urgent solution PLEASE.  I am using a very new and powerful PC through all of the EA, XBOX and STEAM subscriptions and the porogress is lost on all of them,.  Surely there is a solution PLEASE
