A way out not starting

I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I try and join my friend who has the full version and I had to download the trial version, I got it ans started to play. Well, a hour later it is still stuck on authenticating. Bought the full version after waiting and it still does it!!! I don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Well I dont wanna buy the full version cuz i paid half of the game with my friend.
I tried some stuff:
Starting the game as an admin, changing paths of the game, downloading the game again, repaired the game and still nothing.
I tried yesterday to contact the origin support via chat and nothing, got no anwser. This is getting me pissed of. I really want to play the game but if the support is not trying to help its a shame.
