A way out PS5

I own this game and so does my friend but we can’t invite each other to play. We both have PS5 and PS plus. 

  • @rltipva69 Thank you for going into further detail, this seems like an account issue versus what was initially described.

    If you are having an issue with getting into your account you will need to speak with an EA Advisor for assistance. Please be aware that they will need to verify your account for security, before making changes.

    If you are having an issue with this part I would recommend trying to find as much information as you can about the account you previously set up, from any saved files, purchases, or other information you may have saved in order to help with this part. Unfortunately however we would be unable to assist with account changes on the forums.

  • I have had an EA account for over 10 years. The original email account I had with it is no longer available. I made a new account with my current email, BUT my old EA account is associated with an older Playstation. I can not remove that older account because I can't access the email account that no longer exists. I spoke with someone on the phone at EA and they asked for some info about my account.  Then said I need to tell them two EA titles I purchased. I have not purchased an EA title in a very long time. So I checked with PlayStation and looked at my history. It only goes back to 2011 on my current PlayStation account because when Playstation was hacked we had to change our email address associated with our accounts. So my purchase history for the EA titles I need is gone.

    Bottom line; I can't tell the EA rep what EA titles I purchased since Playstation does not have my purchase history, I can't access my original email address because it does not exist anymore. So I won't be able to purchase or play any more EA titles because my PlayStation says my account password has expired.
