Wanted to confirm if you're still running into this? If so can you try going through our Basic connection steps, and our steps based on your platform?
Hi! Thank you for getting back to us! We are still experiencing issues and have gone through the steps for improving our connection that you suggested. So the only thing that is left for us to do is to re-install the game? However, we have both repaired the game files. We are in different time zones, so our computer times are not synced as suggested. I am not sure if that is having an impact?

@wroombat For the system time mainly making sure yours is what it should be based on your region.

Hi,
From my understanding only the person that has bought the game can send the invite whereas the person that has the friendspass can't?
