a way out

a way out I go into the game and then it runs for a few minutes and then shuts down help me

Yes, I've done that several times, but I can't be allowed to talk to someone, so what do I do?

    @markmand1 To confirm you should have the options for Chat or Email support. Are you not seeing any options when making a case?
