First I would recommend verifying you are signed into both the EA app and Xbox clients with the accounts you have linked together. After relaunch both and confirm if this message continues.
If so, try the following:
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
