    Understandable that this is frustrating.
    Even when you linked it to your son's account both accounts need to have a unique account linked to their EA account to play the game.
    Meaning you will need to create another ea account even if this was not the case.

I have same problems, but it tooks atleast 10 minutes to fix it. Just contac EA Help. follow the step. than request live chat. they will ask ur name, email, and ur reason. just like that. than they will sent you a code to ur email. confirm it. and its DONE. now you can re link your another account to ur EA account.

There is no live chat access anywhere. Could you please type the exact steps you took? or share a screenshot to show how to reach live chat??

    Can someone please share steps to reach live chat? I have spent half the day clicking every link I see just to see which one may lead me to live chat. This is so frustrating why I can't simply link to a new steam account myself OR reach out to live chat. Please help someone.

        @s404z5 Nope, no one replied. But I just saw that crossplatform save is now active. Which kinda means that if an account has multiple profiles it can be linked to different platforms. Maybe try again?? Otherwise no solution yet. Still the same.
