Have you already tried a clean driver install using DDU?
You can use Display Driver Uninstaller for this.
If you don't know how to use this program, this guide can help you.

I have tried DDU, forgot to mention it.
The issue is EXACTLY the same as the one reported by @KainonRass and other RX 6800 XT/RX 6900 XT users on the Steam thread. All RDNA 2 GPUs should be affected.
Hope it gets fixed soon, I'd like to finish this awesome game. 🙂
