Let us be honest. It has been almost a year since first report. As for myself I have the same issue on EA desktop app.
It is time to accept the inevitable that there will be no help from devs or EA.
Such a shame that even after more than an a year of reporting there is no update from Devs.
This is October 22 and I ran into the same glitch. I’ve completed all the puzzles, playing on PS5 and still the Master Puzzler didn’t unlock for me.
Where is the original bug report? Can anyone check the status please.
I also just had this problem. A great game that really is unique, but this problem really should have been fixed now. 😠
