Says these files are too big to post here. But whole screen is frozen
Community ManagerFrom the picture what can you glean from it? I appreciate the help but I’ve now spent 3 days trouble shooting and to be honest I’m getting tired. EA has been notified by others of this bug, they should push out a fix asap. I can just not play the game at this point and just won’t get another game from this sub company in the future. I see they’re posting on IG and not fixing bugs, leaves a sour taste TBH

To confirm we will ask for information to help the team better understand a bug depending on how a video or screenshot looks it can help better pin point where a given issue may be steeming from.
I understand its frustrating when you run into an issue the stops you from being able to fully enjoy the game, this is why we try to ask for as many details as we can. If you have gone through different steps and share what your running into here we can simply wait for additional information from the team or potential future updates, thanks again.
Also you may notice us still responding to post here or sharing information across social media, each studio has a different sized team responsible for handling different tasks. Rest assured we have passed this on to be looked at by the correct people.
