[Bug](Nintendo Switch) at Spiral Attack, cannot proceed

I have reset, cached, initialized, deleted and redownloaded the game. I have contacted Nintendo Switch. And there is a bug at the spiral attack where I cannot proceed. I don’t know who to contact so ...

    @EA_Illium I bought the game yesterday and I'm having the same problem it doesn't work what can I do? I have the nintendo switch

    they won't fix the game for Nintendo users. It's clear they don't care
