Buying the game after trial with EA play

Hi guys, I'm playing right now with EA Play Pro, got past the gates and all, everything is fine.

My friend got to the gates of minato with Ea Play classic and got stuck as it is only a demo for him (nothing wrong there as far as i know)

IF he buys the game, will he have access to all of it or must he subs to ea play pro ?

    @Redonq @Creamya77 I have some steps that should help with this. Some work better than others but I've seen quite a few people say they work.

    These I have seen help as well

    • Verify the game files
    • Use Origin to launch the game
    • Reload the EA App page
    • Uncheck Administrator in EA App .exe, if already unchecked then try launching the EA app as an administrator C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\EA 
    • Run EA App Recovery as administrator
    • Delete the game exe 
    • Go to install location delete the game .exe (first keep the .exe somewhere else), open EA App, and click on download, this will take a few seconds to download the .exe, now launch the game
    • If installed the game on Steam, then uninstall the Steam version of the game and then reinstall the game from EA App
    • Uninstall the EA app using a safe program of your choice that will not only clean out cached files but your registry as well
    • Uninstall and reinstall the game which is giving the error

    @Traditionnelle so here is the difference between Pro and trial.   What can I play with an EA Play Pro membership?

    EA Play Pro members now get full access to the Karakuri Edition of WILD HEARTS, and the game will remain theirs to play as long as their membership is active. EA Play Pro is currently only available on PC via the EA app.

    What can I play with an EA Play membership?

    EA Play members can access the Standard Edition with a 10-hour trial. The trial will take players as far as the gates of Minat

    Hi @Traditionnelle To confirm when you mention "all of it" are you talking about their current progress in-game, or are you asking how they can get access to the additional items with the deluxe edition?

    You can find the different editions here. Once their 10-hour trial is out, they can either purchase one of the game editions or an EA Play Pro sub to continue playing.

    If you buy the game while owning EA Play on Steam your entire trial and game will stop working. 

    Only buy if you have not subscribed EA Play on Steam or have EA Play Pro
