Can’t connect to EA servers even after following all troubleshooting instruction

I am playing Wild Hearts on PS5 and every login I’m impeded with the reset password screen. I’ve changed the password at least 20 times and to no avail. I can’t play online… I don’t see why this is even a thing… I need a work around or someone in your IT department to help because I am becoming increasingly irate at not being able to link to the servers. Please advise or fix or something!

    I am playing on an Xbox series s and am having the same issue. I tried to make sure all my info was verified but codes were not being sent but on my ea account page everything is as it should be but I'm not being recognized and connected , the only reason I purchased this was to play along with my husband and if that's not happening I'm gonna need that refund.
