I’m having this same issue. My father can log in and play, I can play plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 no problem, but I get this error code on it takes two.
I'm all for trying different problem solving pathways. I have tried many surfing many forms. Still having an issue with error code 401-fa2
It is very frustrating trying to get a simple answer and I can't find any that have worked. Issue is significant enough to where I am more than likely not going to buy any more EA games for lack of support
