I had the exact same issue some weeks ago but this seemed to be resolved. Now it's happening again but none of the fixes work.
I also do not have EA play on steam.

To confirm, can you verify that the game and EA App is NOT being run as an administrator? Also, can you try adjusting your UAC controls to be set to "always notify me when..." and check if you can launch Wild Hearts without getting windows prompts?

Set the UAC to always notify and no change.
Purchased the game through steam at launch, been playing fine the whole time (about 120 hours)
When I try to launch the game from steam or the EA app, the EA app just disappears and reappears, I receive no error messages.Also tried:
Reinstalling the game through steamVerifying the game files / integrity
Clearing cache (both in my browser and EA APP)
Reinstalling EA APP
Logging into EA with and without having the keep my signed in checked (never invisible)
Updating Windows
Multiple reboots
Updating Graphics drivers - 3 years ago@EA_Illium None are run by administrator and changing the UAC does nothing. It only makes it take longer for the pop ups to appear and then disappear.

Hi, this is an older thread but we want to make sure folks were able to get in. There have been patches since this, with another one tomorrow, so hopefully the issue "went away" but if it persists, please let us know.

I'm still having issues getting the game to launch on PC after today's patch! When I launch the game through Steam and it transfers to the EA app I get an error and while the game will start, it runs in slow motion. I don't think it's an issue with Wild Hearts itself but is an issue with Steam connecting to the EA app.
