Cannot Locate Final Tsukumo in Natsukodachi Isle

Platform: Xbox Series S Gamertag: zBKZ7  I’m unable to find the final Tsukumo in Natsukodachi Isle as it does not show the “?” on the map. I have 50/50 for the other Region’s, but I can’t get the...

Ok so I could be wrong but I think this is the same one my friend was missing. It ended up being back in the arena where you fight fervid crazecomb. There is a small path and it's hidden back there. It's also didn't show up on her map either. Hope this helps, gl.
