Cant connect my IINE controller to the game

I was planning to play this game on PC with my wife, but after I connect my IINE controller with my PC, all other games reconise and can be played by this controller just not this game. Please help....

    @Player_qbloug5p To confirm I meant to ask about the device drivers for the controller versus the game, Can you check for device updates or try to reinstall the device drivers for the IINE Controller?

Hi there, 

Just reinstalled the game, and re-connect the controller with my PC, still the same thing.

Is there anything else I can try?
