@EA_Kent Having the same problem for a week now on PS4 and Rocket Arena. Son bought it from Sony with his birthday gift card. Downloaded and installed twice. No change. Every other EA title works, not Rocket Arena. I have called into EA. Angelica couldn't help. I think I accidentally deleted the case number. She was adamant that it's Sony's fault. I can't call Sony because they don't have support phone since Covid virus... so, I'm basically hoping that someone else has figured this out so I can follow in their footsteps. Same issue, but for Rocket Arena.
