Can't connect to servers PS4

I've been trying to connect to the servers and it keeps on saying that I can't connect to the ea servers. I keep on getting error code CMS3/11  This person is getting to same thing as me https://tw...

Not sure why this is happening when I load the game on PS4 but haven’t even been able to get to the main menu yet. Followed the instructions given on the unable to connect page. 

anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve?

    Ask try to link my PSN account and get this...

    My internet connection is fine but it won't let me login. It was fine a few hours before that. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

    Since this is the route EA directed me to, to get help. Is anyone  from EA ACTUALLY going to help? Or do you not care I spent money on a game I can’t use?
