Can't connect to servers PS4

I've been trying to connect to the servers and it keeps on saying that I can't connect to the ea servers. I keep on getting error code CMS3/11  This person is getting to same thing as me https://tw...

Since this is the route EA directed me to, to get help. Is anyone  from EA ACTUALLY going to help? Or do you not care I spent money on a game I can’t use?
