EA Staff (Retired)@geoflintuk Dang, I had hoped this would do the trick. ☹️ Just to confirm though: you reset the password of your EA account, right? Could you try again using this link, just to cover all our bases? Sometimes the second time's the charm. 🍀
If this doesn't help either, I'd recommend you contact EA Help so someone can take a look at your account. Make sure you choose the call or chat option.
