@geoflintuk Dang, I had hoped this would do the trick. ☹️ Just to confirm though: you reset the password of your EA account, right? Could you try again using this link, just to cover all our bases? Sometimes the second time's the charm. 🍀
If this doesn't help either, I'd recommend you contact EA Help so someone can take a look at your account. Make sure you choose the call or chat option.
Hopefully, we can get to the root of this soon and get you playing soon! 🤞

@geoflintuk Sure thing! 🙂 I'll put down the steps in a list - since you want someone to look your account, you want to do this:
1. Click on this link - it will bring you to the "Contact us" page.
2. Now, when you are asked "What ca we help you with?", type "Origin" into the search bar.
3. Click on "Origin".
4. Select "PC" > "Manage my account" > "Manage account details".
5. When asked, "What security settings are you trying to setup or change?", pick "Other".
6. When asked, "Have you previously tried to manage your account and security settings at http://origin.com/account?", pick "Yes, I am having an issue that is blocking me from changing my settings."
7. You should now get a blue button saying "Select contact option" which you the click.
8. You will be asked to log in. So, when prompted, sign in with your EA account detail.
9. Now you should get an overview of the contact options available to you.
10. Pick either "Chat" to request a live chat or "Get a call" to get a callback and fill in the details required.
