Cant connect to the server on pc

I've been trying to connect to the servers and it keeps on saying that I can't connect to the ea servers. And my connection is fine. I play on pc

    @EA_Atic 

    Any Idea with the connecting to platform 4/11 issue haven’t been able to play the game. And bought it on Friday

        @EA_Atic 
        Yeah, I tried everything I could but it doesn’t seem like it could be an issue with the internet because my brother can play on his xbox in the room next to me. My pc is hardwired and directs next to the router. something I did noticed is that my brother on Xbox had the user agreement pop up at step 1/11 the first time opening the game I have never gotten the user agreement to show up even after redownloading
