At the beginning of Garden: Trespassing when the mole chase begins, the first obstacle is a branch both players must jump over. No matter how we jump, we always seem to hit an invisible wall and cannot proceed. We have tried over 50 times, restarted both machines, restarted the chapter, let one character die and attempt with jump with just one character, nothing seems to work so we cannot proceed... please help, we just want to finish the game!!!

Hi EA_Illium Sorry, we are just coming back to this game. I will try again on Single Player. We have restarted the chapter, as well as restarted from the previous chapter - both of which do not fix the issue when we get back to it. We are eager to complete this game and move onto the new one (Split Fiction)!! Please help!!
