When I am trying to reinstall the game it says preparing but then after 5 to 10 mins it says something wrong, ill put a picture for proof.

did you try the app recovery?
You could try a clean boot, to see if maybe some program is interfering with the game.
If that didn't work, I would recommend reinstalling the EA app, as it looks like it potentially might have to do with the App itself rather than the installation of the game.

I done the recovery app mulitple times, i haven't uninstall ea as i have apex and i don't feel like its worth to get redownload that too

have you tried the clean boot?
And it might be a hassle to also have to redownload Apex after, but I would recommend trying deinstalling the app anyway, if it doesn't work, as this could fix the game that you're currently having problems with.

So I did a clean reboot and redownloaded both games, and it having the same issue that led me to uninstalling to see if it would work if I reinstall. The game saying its running but it not popping up.
