Can't leave top of lighthouse

Just finished the game and now I am stuck in the top of the lighthouse.  I can't find an exit back to the main part of the lighthouse so I can do the challenges and/or replay other chapters.  Am I missing something???

    On the top level of the lighthouse, stand on the metal ladder going down (under the painting right of the rotating light) and press Down + Space. This should get you down to the lower levels.
