Can't Login to Play "It Takes Two" on PSN?

I just loaded "It Takes Two" on my PS5.

When I try to play online, it tells me my "login credentials have expired" and I need to reset my EA account password. But I've never had an EA account before this.  Apparently my PSN account is linked to some other EA account that has expired. I have no idea what this other EA account is; what it's username is, or what it's email address is.

How can I disassociate my PSN account from this unknown EA account, so that I can play EA games on my PSN account? As such, right now, I can not play ANY EA game online via PSN. This will prevent me from buying ANY EA game in the future.

UltraJaxel That means that the accounts that are trying to log in are already linked with different accounts.

You can log into Your EA account with any of the linked platforms and check which accounts are linked under the connections tab.

If you cannot, you wold need to reach out to live support and have them check it out with you.
