Can't play longer than 10 hours with EA Play Pro?

I originally got the 10 hour trial through the steam version of EA Play, then after enjoying the game I wanted to keep playing so I logged into my EA App and subscribed to EA Play Pro but I cannot la...

In the Collection tab of your EA App, look at the Wild Hearts game icon. At the top of the game icon does it say "Steam" or "EA Play Pro"?  

If it says Steam, try clicking the 3 lines at the top left of the EA App, click Help, App Recovery, and Clear Cache.  

Additionally, try uninstalling in Steam and reinstalling via the EA App.  

It wont work if it says Steam on the icon. These steps should help the app recognize that you own it via EA Play Pro instead (i had the same problem)
