Can't use character properly after The Hand of Sandrakk cutscene

Hi, anyone having problems after caldera cut scene when pursuing the hand of sandrak, my jump shoot and run stop working, have reset the computer and not sure what else to do. Thanks CM edit: edit...

Hi I had the same problem tried everything but the only fix was to reinstall the game, seems to be working I managed to finish chapter 10, hope this helps you

    I tried what worked for @TestyGiblets , uninstalling the game and reinstalling, but it did not work for me.  I am still stuck in the middle of the Thaddeus Mindwalk cutscene.

    I attached a screenshot of where I'm stuck.  I cannot pass the invisible boundary at the edge of the platform I'm standing on.
