What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. It won’t even allow me to go to the menu. I load up the game, I hit A, and it loads the servers, whenever it finishes it crashes.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 3 or 4 then I enabled cross play and it’s happened ever since.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game just crashes. I’ve uninstalled twice last night and once today after 5 pm ct
What should be happening instead? I should be taken to the menu screen so I can play the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I did was enable cross play from a Xbox one.
