Cross-platform friends

Product: Rocket Arena
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? x_FlickShot
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Hero were you playing (if applicable)? Kayi
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Were you in a party with friends when this occurred? No
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Added my pc friend, played for a few hours just fine, next day I asked him to play, he was online and I was online, both clients said that he was offline and I was offline respectively, deleted him from friends list, added him to friends list, back to Normal, logs off, back to the offline realm until deleted and re added.
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Friends
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 400+
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 09.12.20
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Cross-platform friends appear online for the duration of the original play session, but once you or them goes offline they never appear online again unless you delete and then refriend them.
What should be happening instead? Cross-platform friends should appear online when they get online
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have cross-platform friends online while on the ps4, log out of rocket arena, reopen rocket arena, cross-platform friends are lost to the offline realm

PS4 users will never come online past original gameplay session on other platform friends lists, and PS4 players with cross-platform friends will not see said friends ever come back online past original play session unless deleted and re-friended
