Hello, I have a problem with one of the EA Sports games, which is FC26... While I was playing the ultimate challenge 2 in the ultimate mode, I completed the first attempt, which is of 3 matches, and when I wanted to take the second attempt, my chances became -1, and thus I lost a complete attempt to complete the challenges. I hope you can compensate me for this mistake.I would like to be compensated with the same value of the packs given as prizes in the challenge.
