Deluxe Items disappeared

Just as another data point, deluxe items are there today.

It sounds odd how they just spawn in and out of existence for you.
Maybe I have not insisted enough, but I never ever saw them back.

Yep, doesn’t make sense. I could have sworn it was fixed a couple days ago when they showed up and worked all day, only for them to disappear the next time I load up the game.

When the items are back, the add-ons screen does show the proper info. When I log in and they aren’t there, it shows “no addons” or something to that effect. It isn’t an error, just that I don’t have access to them.

Are you prepared for this? Now they are missing again!

The exact message when I check for add-ons is:

No Premium Content is owned. Visit the game store page for more details.

When this happens, I have 2 sigils reverted back to level 1 (had deluxe items in those two slots), no totems, rings, or bracers equiped (all deluxe items).

That is the message I have all the time indeed.

Just did a Deluxe Gear Check (DGC) and it is there right now.

The only pattern I see is that every time I check, it’s the opposite. But it has to have time between checks. So right now, I will have them no matter how many times I log in and out (which I did a few times). If I check in a few hours, though, they will probably be gone again.

The timing thing is confusing, but it’s almost like there is a check bit, and each time I do a DGC with time passing between, it flips the bit, so each time it’s different. That’s the only explanation I can think of for this type of behavior.

What timezone is the server for this game in?

I bet they will show back up when I check this afternoon.

I'm leaning toward the game checking each "day" but it is not on Eastern time, so each server day, the bit flips the first time I check. Morning for me will be the same as the previous afternoon.

I know that is probably simplifying the situation, but just speculating until we know more.

DGC: Items still there this morning.

DGC: Items gone at 1:07pm eastern.

I'm going to try to check more often to see if I can find when the swap happens, but it might be hard to nail down unless I check every hour of the day, and even then, a few seconds early could throw it off.

Interesting….timing doesn’t line up with previous tests. I expected them to be gone since they were gone for the second half of yesterday (I did a check again later in the day).

After I posted, I did my usual Add-On check expecting to see the usual "You have access" message.

This time, though, it said I didn't have access to any add-ons!!! Yet, I had all of the deluxe gear equipped, still.

So this is a new result, Add-On page says no, but items still there.

Not sure what to think about that....

I saw a patch was applied today and got excited. I see the DLSS issue and HDR settings issues have been fixed (HDR wouldn't always load properly, and DLSS was disabled in settings). But it says I don't have access to the Deluxe items.

So bummer....

I am still hoping for some updates from them...

It never works on my end.

I bought Immortal of Aveum deluxe edition upgrade (DLC) and I finished the “Road To The Palathon” mission a long time ago and I still do not have the DLC stuff in the game

Just dropping an update we have passed this on to the team. For some reports, it does seem to happen inconsistently, but the team is aware of this.

I just started playing the game today. I reached Chapter 4 and unlocked all my DLC content at the forge, upgraded it, and deconstructed what I didn't need. After I completed Chapter 5 "The Immortals" my Deluxe gear all disappeared. I am now on Chapter 6, "The Hand of Sandrakk" and have almost no gear at all. Revisiting a Forge does not bring it back, and when I check the Add On Content I get the message: "No Premium Content is owned. Visit the game store page for more details." I go to the game store page in Steam and it confirms I have the deluxe version in library. All of this happened today over the past 6 hours, but restarting the game, using any save reload, or revisiting a Forge does nothing to restore my equipment, rendering the game pretty much unplayable since I have no gear.

I am playing on PC with the deluxe version purchased through Steam.

Just like the previous poster, I login to play today and now my deluxe items are gone again and I am back to the "No premium Content is owned" message. Which means even if I fully restart a few times until its back all upgrades will be lost again.
