Didn't receive any Reset Email Password for Existing Account
I've made this account just to make this question, since EA help need to login just to chat with supports.
It's been a long time since I logged in to my account(not this one), and today I want to play PVZ:Garden Warfare which they told me that my credentials might be expired and I need to reset my password?
So I just go along with it and want to reset my password, and I didn't receive any email to reset the password which I should have to.
So I'm in a pinch where I need to login to chat with support, but I can't login since I need to reset my password nor receive any email regarding reset password.
Any recommendations what should I do?
Hey @chrissalim for this one, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email without logging in:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
