Disabled EA Account linked to PSN Account

I've had an EA/Origin account for years now, since the early days of Origin back when this was a useable/working platform. I've tried to play a game on my PS5 (unfortunately its linked to EA) with a friend but my PSN account is apparently linked to an EA account with the domain 'ea.disabled.com' and there is no way for me to unlink my PSN from this account outside of logging into this disabled account.

The only fixes that I can find are on this forum and the incredibly unhelpful 'Help' articles that your support page seems incredibly determined  to redirect me to instead of letting me get in contact with support, what I've found:
- Reset my Passsword: Cool... I don't know what email its referring to, the domain and local name have been changed, I've reset an account with every email I've owned that has an EA account. None of them were the linked account.

- Create a Case to contact support: After spending 30 minutes navigating the support pages, I finally dsicovered the fabled 'Create a Case' button, I created one and provided the (100 character limited) description and haven't heard anything. Why do you host your own case management platform, I need to undergo a decade long treasure hunt to even find what I need, there doesn't appear to be any kind of chat, and if I press 'Resume Case' once in the case it redirects me back to those unhelpful support articles.

I remember when I was happy to create an Origin account for the like 2 games that weren't on Steam, but you've gutted this platform and made it insufferable to use, despite the number of identical, full-priced, yearly release sports games that are loaded with, as you call them, 'surprise mechanics' to drain more money from your customer base, this still feels like a D-graded university project that was abandoned after it was handed in.

Why do you disable accounts and keep them linked to other platforms without any way to unlink them? Surely just unlink, this account is irrecoverable at this point so you've just thrown it into limbo.

From what I've read, I don't expect this to get fixed any time soon, It's just upsetting to see how far EA has fallen (I guess I was mostly a fan of the studios you've gutted, not the publisher itself). I don't want a copy-paste response telling me to go and 'create a case', I've already done it, please just fix my account, why am I having to write up an IT ticket to play a game I have downloaded.
